The house has a spacious backyard where you will find everything you need to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather: the chlorinated private above ground pool that measures 4 meters in diameter and has a depth of 1.10 meters; the lawn area with loungers perfect for sunbathing; the porch at the back where you can relax and have a drink at sunset; and the terrace next to the house where you can taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house has direct neighbours.
The single storey house has been tastefully renovated while maintaining some traditional elements. In the living room you can relax while watching TV-sat by the heat of the wood stove on the coldest days. The large air-conditioned eat-in kitchen is equipped with an induction top. Then we have the two bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a shower each. One has twin beds and the other has a double bed. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub in the house. The accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with the basic services at your fingertips and near the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 17 km away, although in the north of the island you will find other beautiful beaches as in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala Sant Vicenç. From Ariany you can visit other fantastic towns such as Manacor, Petra, Sineu, Costitx or go to the city of Inca and visit its market, which is held every Thursday.
