This charming single-story house offers a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the company of loved ones. Equipped with a Smart TV, fireplace, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa, it provides the ideal atmosphere for relaxation.
