Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Please do not machine wash the towels and linen provided.
  • Please consider neighbours. Keep music & noise down in the apartment and building area.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay in the apartment.
  • Please take extra care of the keys & security tags. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  • Please avoid eating and drinking in the bedrooms, to avoid any messy accidents.
  • When leaving the apartment, please ensure all appliances & lights are switched off.
  • We'd greatly appreciate it if you are able to wash your dishes before checking out.
  • We ask that no guests sleep on the couch
