The apartment complex features a communal, 17 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2 m, a 500 m2 garden, a tennis court (please bring your own racquets) and an exterior shower. On arrival, we will inform you about the opening hours of the tennis court.
Start your day with a large breakfast on the 6 m2 terrace with pool views. This nice apartment, located on the third floor with lift, has a sitting-dining room, a kitchen with gas stove and all necessary cooking utensils, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. However, an electric coffee machine and a kettle are available upon request. This home offers fans and electric radiators.
This lovely apartment is just perfect for six people, as it has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a bath with bath tub and a toilet. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.
In Playa de Gandia you can relax on the beach or practise sports; and so you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas, play beachvolleyball, practise water sports or take a stroll along the seafront with bars, cafés and restaurants.
A 20 minutes’ walk takes you to Gandilandia, an entertainment park for children. Besides, your kids will find several playgrounds on the sea promenade of Gandia. The Parpalló Cave, located in the Mondúver mountains, is an interesting prehistoric site, where cave paintings have been found.
The pool is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September, from 10:00h to 15:00h and from 17:00h to 21:00h. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 24 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.
