The 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds share a large bathroom also with a double vanity. All mattresses are new brand new and plush for the perfect nights sleep. The pool area is completely private and gated. There are multiple seating areas, a large covered patio with ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture, gazebo, sun loungers. outdoor kitchen, pool side bathroom, & outside shower w/ hot & cold water. Washington is a 5 minute drive to both Eagle and Palm Beach. Close to supermarkets, church, restaurants and Casinos. A car is suggested, otherwise taxi service can be accessed through whats app. Published Nightly rates are based on 6 guests and include an electric allowance in the amount of $125 per week. Holiday rentals require 7 night minimum stay, all other seasons 5 night minimum stay required The home includes use of beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels. Pack n plays and high chairs are limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. Please mention it when you make your reservation so that we can meet your need. Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except OTA. OTA reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections.
