The exterior area is extraordinary. You can relax on one of the 4 sun loungers located in the 30 m2 terrace with direct views to the sea. If you prefer to have an appetiser, take a sit in the 12 m2 porch, completely furnished, and admire the natural landscape. The barbecue will allow you to enjoy cooking by the sea.
The house of 220 m2 is distributed in 2 floors, it has 2 bedrooms with AC, both with double bed, wardrobes, fan and magnificent sea views. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub; one on each floor. There is a cot and a high chair. Relax in the living-dining room also equipped with AC and satellite TV while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean. Dine in the fully furnished dining room and enjoy an evening with exquisite views of the east coast of the island. The kitchen, independent and vitro, is fully equipped so that you can cook without any problem. The laundry room is accessed through bedroom 2 and has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The sea is almost on the doorstep! This extraordinary home has a private access to the sea (cliff) and is only 50m from the sandy beach of Cala Mandia. Portocristo is only 3km away and there you will find a wide range of restaurants, stores, bars and much more. A safari-zoo and playgrounds are also quite close. If nightlife is what you are searching for, in Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada are lots of pubs and discotheques.
Portocristo is known for its caves ("Cuevas del Drach"), which have been formed by the Mediterranean Sea. Hidden within the caves is "Llac Mantel", a subterranean lake and along its banks, regularly take place concerts of classical music.
The fireplace can not be used. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay.
