This gorgeous north end property is directly across the street from the beach and is within walking distance to Margaritaville, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Completely remodeled in 2024, all new inside and out, Seahabilitate is the perfect retreat for a stunning and relaxing beach vacation! If you want to bike around the island, bicycle and scooter rentals are just down the street! If you bring your own kayaks or wave runner, a public launch is 200 yards from the front door. Regardless of how you want to explore the island, Seahabilitate puts you in the heart of the action! Double entry doors lead to the large vaulted ceiling and vibrantly colored great room. Seahabilitate has beach decor will help you relax and get onto island time! The great room is open to the kitchen with gorgeous counter-tops and newer appliances. The kitchen is appointed with all the cook and dish ware, along with cutlery, you will need to prepare your own special meals. There is also a gas grill outside for your use. Sharing the great room is the dining room with seating for 6. A breakfast bar provides seating for additional guests. The living room boasts a large flat screen TV. There is plenty of seating to relax after a fun day at the beach. Seahabilitate offers high-speed WiFi for your use. This home offers 3 bedrooms; a King bed master ensuite with a gorgeous airy shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull out trundle bed. Seahabilitate’s second bath sits between the other two bedrooms, with full bath/shower. Back down the stairs, you can enjoy your own private heated pool with another outdoor dining area. The pool area includes lots of lounge chairs for soaking up some rays. When you decide to venture across the street to the beach, you will find beach wagons, new chairs, coolers, tent awnings, and beach and pool toys for your use. There is also an additional refrigerator located in the pool storage room. Seahabilitate has a washer and dryer and 5-star hotel linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We have tried to provide everything you need to unwind, relax and Seahabilitate! There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
