You won’t regret spending a well-deserved holiday in this peaceful villa. The outdoor spaces are delightful: a large front terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, while the furnished porch invites you to savour a relaxed barbecue with family or friends. The private saltwater swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90 metres. On the terrace, you’ll find six sun loungers and a parasol for lazy afternoons in the sun, along with a convenient outdoor bathroom with a shower. Children will love playing in the natural garden surrounded by fruit trees, and there’s even a small chicken coop on the property – lovingly cared for by the owner. Best of all, you’re welcome to use the fresh eggs for your cooking.
This single-storey house offers a spacious living area with satellite TV, where you can stretch out on the sofa and unwind, and a charming rustic dining room with a fireplace and another TV, ideal for a cosy family lunch. The newly renovated kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with everything you might need – including a microwave, electric oven, fridge, and hob. There are two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe; one of them has direct access to the garden. The bathroom comes with a shower, and for families with little ones, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and there are also three fans available for your use.
This home is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, as well as beach lovers – the shore is just 900 metres away. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Can Picafort promenade, stop for a coffee, or treat yourself to a homemade ice cream. In summer, daily boat trips depart for Formentor, offering a wonderful way to explore the coastline. The town centre has a great selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and a playground for children, and the lively weekly market takes place every Friday. If you fancy a change of scenery, you can visit the charming old towns of Alcúdia or Pollença, explore the S’Albufera Natural Park, discover the caves of Campanet, or spend a fun-filled day at the water park in Alcúdia.
