The apartment, located on a first floor, is ideal for families or groups of friends. Two out of the four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each one. All bedrooms count with a closet. There is an air conditioning unit at the corridor which gives access to the 4 bedrooms to refresh the area and the bedrooms. The accommodation has a shower bathroom and another one with a bathtub. Privacy is not total since there are neighbours around.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has no lift. You can enjoy a great breakfast at the furnished terrace which includes a dining table for 8 people as well as a parasol to enjoy the lunch under the shadow. You will also find two sunbeds to sunbathe or have a rest in the evening. outside there is also a shower, ideal to refresh after taking a dip into the sea. In the air-conditioned living room there is a comfortable sofa to take a siesta while the sea breeze enters the house or to watch the TV Sat. In the dining area there is room for 8 people.
The independent kitchen has a gas hob and all you need to cook during your holidays. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is equipped with central heating.
The apartment location is perfect. First of all, because you will be very close to the sea and then because all you may need during your stay is very near, only 5 minutes away by car. In Puerto de Alcudia and in Alcudia you will find all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets, shops,... You are also located in an area of good beaches and little coves par excellence like Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Playa de Alcudia,... Enjoy a beach day lying on the sand and cooling down in the sea or having a long walk in the beach. We also recommend Cala San Vicente and you can visit the village of Pollensa, the so called "Calvari" and its square, in a half a day excursion.
As we have told you before, there are lots of restaurants in Puerto de Alcudia, of any kind: fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta. sushi, tapas, tasting menu, and Majorcan traditional food. If you only want to stave off hunger there are lots of bars and cafes to have a snack. On Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the village turns into a lively place. Apart from visiting Puerto de Alcudia, don’t forget about the ancient city of Pollentia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
