The apartment is on the first floor of the building without lift. On the roof terrace you can enjoy a large terrace with sublime views over the bay of Alcudia. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 persons, two sun beds and a sun umbrella. The other neighbours also have access to the terrace, although each flat has its own area and furniture.
There’s a modern sitting-dining area with sea views where you can relax watching a film on the satellite-TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro hob. Both bedrooms have two single beds each and there’s a shower bath. A cot and a high chair can be prepared upon request. Besides, there’s a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you visit us during the winter, there’s central heating.
The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute’s walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia’s and Pollença’s old town, the natural park of S’Albufera or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you’re planning to explore the island. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
