The beautiful terrace of the property will be perfect to enjoy the views to the beach of La Calzada and the southern climate. You can also get to see the Doñana National Park. Imagine starting the day with a delicious breakfast in the sun with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in a building, it has direct neighbours.
The interior of the flat exudes light and serenity. The large main space has a living room with Smart TV and AC where two of the guests can sleep on the sofa bed. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for dining. The ceramic hob kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. To rest you will find two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, direct access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and the second bedroom with two single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in front of the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the area has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. Also, a few kilometres away is the centre where you can enjoy numerous shops, wine cellars and bars where you can have some tapas. The Doñana National Park is only 20 minutes away by car and we encourage you to visit it. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 2 cars in the garage.
