The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate, where you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15 x 8m and a depth between 1.25m and 1.50m perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Please note that privacy is partial.
The interior is distributed over two floors and is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You enter through the upper terrace and on this floor you will find the kitchen and the living-dining room. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and there is also a toilet. The lower floor is accessed by stairs and you will find the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two single beds and both have access to another terrace with an outdoor sofa and sea views. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
