The house is located in S’Estanyol, a few steps from the port, in a privileged, quiet, relaxed environment, far from the hustle and bustle. As it is located in a residential area, there are neighbours around it, so privacy is partial.
Inside you will find a nice living room with AC and TV where you can relax. The kitchen, with dining area and ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtub complete the stay. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
