This terraced house is just perfect for a summer holiday with friends and family. You can start your day with a large breakfast on the porch, overlooking the private pool. The 8 x 3.2 meters sized salt water pool has a depth between 1.1 and 1.6 meters and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a garden shower. Afternoons can be spend relaxing on the terrace or having a barbecue. There’s an exterior bathroom with shower. As this house is in the village, there are next door neighbors.
Rooms are distributed over one floor and 120 m2. The living area with typical stone lined wall and wooden beams is equipped with a sofa, a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a vitro hob and some kitchenware is open to the dining area and another, small living area with sofa, air conditioning and wood stove. There’s a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board available. We can supply one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests. Guests can choose between three bedrooms with air conditioning. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each and one with two single beds. The house has one bathroom with shower, mirror, toilet and washbasin.
Ariany is a quiet and rural village in the center east of Majorca. The scenery basically consists in fields and rolling hills, farms and some old wind mills. It’s just perfect for long strolls, hiking, cycling and enjoying nature. The highest elevation of this area is the hill Puig de Bonany, which rises 317 meters above sea level. It offers a wonderful panoramic view and visitors can see the Tramuntana Mountains in the West, the Pla Region in the East and the Bay of Alcúdia in the North. Nice beaches like Son Serra de Marina or Cala Millor are 20 km away. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
