The salt water pool measures 9 x 4.5 while the depth ranges between 1.1 and 1.9 meters. Next to it we find the furnished porch that features the barbecue area. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The house is located on the first floor of the building. It offers a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains and it’s furnished in order to enjoy your meals and dinners with the family. Inside, you find a cosy living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Next to it you find the dining area. The separate kitchen -also with AC- is equipped with a ceramic hob and also offers a table with chairs in case you prefer to eat there. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
