The well cared exterior area has absolutely everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Mallorca: the fantastic 4 x 3 meter pool with a depth of 1.6 meters, the 4 sun loungers, and the magnificent furnished porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue followed by a pleasant table talk. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.
The interior of the two-story house has been delightfully decorated and designed to feel like home. From the porch we access the kitchen-dining area, with induction cooker, which leads to the beautiful living room - with AC - where you can watch the Smart TV. On the main floor we also find the separate laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a toilet. On the upper floor, you find the three bedrooms, all three with an en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Two of them have a double bed and the last one has 2 twin beds. Finally, the house is equipped with a baby cot and a high chair, as well as gas central heating for the winter months.
The house is in Barcarés, a quiet residential area in Alcúdia, facing the bay of Pollença. This beautiful corner of the island is ideal for those who love the sea and the peace. The closest beach is Sa Marina and is ideal for water sports such as windsurfing or kitesurfing. You can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure activities in Alcúdia, about 2 km away. The house is the perfect starting point to get to know the north of Mallorca with places as beautiful as Formentor and the pretty coves around it, the great beach of Alcúdia and the wonderful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 23 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
