This is an independent chalet in a quiet and residential area. On the one hand, we have the front porch, furnished with exterior table and chairs together with two beautiful armchairs where you will enjoy your meals al fresco or sit to have a coffee and read an interesting book. On the other hand, the side and the back of the house offer an artificial lawn area where the little ones can play while you sit on the comfortable sofa and armchairs enjoying a cocktail in the evening. And the best plan when it becomes darker is to prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it with your family! The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The two storey house offers a classic but modern style with all comforts for a perfect stay. The spacious living-dining room, that can be accessed from the front porch, is equipped with a sofa to watch TV sat, cold AC and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is next, which is independent and it comes with a gas top, oven, dishwasher,... together with a comfortable little table to have more space to work. There also are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and it has a single bed, cold air conditioning and a dresser for your stuff. A shower bathroom completes the floor. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed with a wardrobe, a dresser, cold AC, exit to a little balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The last one counts with two twin beds, a dresser and a coat stand. A bathtub bathroom completes the floor. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The house has gas central heating.
Puerto de Alcudia is the perfect vacation destiny. It has all needed services for an independent stay. The leisure offer is wide as well as the nightlife one. And, of course, you have the amazing beach with its soft white sand and turquoise shallow waters and a family atmosphere together with the possibility to practice water sports. There are other coves and beaches nearby to fall in love with like Alcanada and Mal Pas. Don’t forget to visit the town of Alcudia, walk along the Medieval wall and buy local products in it its street market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.
