The main protagonist of this wonderful apartment is the large private terrace with access to the communal garden that in turn communicates directly with the spectacular crystal-clear water beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. The terrace will allow you to live outdoors, before or after the beach day, and you can even sunbathe on the two available loungers.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, so its location is unbeatable. The interior offers a modern and bright style. In the first place we find the living room - dining room - kitchen with AC and on two levels: the living room with satellite TV is on the terrace level and the dining area and the kitchen with an American bar and electric stove are a few steps higher . Also in the apartment you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the apartment has two bedrooms, both with AC and wardrobe. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the apartment. In the hallway area there is also a bunk bed at your disposal. And if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair for you.
The apartment building is located in front of one of the best beaches in Mallorca, Alcúdia, which is characterised by its fine sand and turquoise waters. You can spend the day enjoying different water sports, beach volleyball, water attractions, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay and you can walk to the marina to admire the boats or taste Spanish food in one of the many restaurants. You can also play golf on one of the most impressive courses, Alcanada, with wonderful views of the sea. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
