A fantastic chlorine pool of 10m x 5m and a depth between 1.2m and 1.7m is at the sole disposal of our guests. The beautiful garden with the old olive tree and the porch with Caribbean hammock invite you to spend a relaxing afternoon, perhaps with a tasty barbecue with the family? Four sun loungers are ideal for sun worshippers and if you are feeling hot, there is an outdoor shower for quick refreshment. In addition, both children and adults will enjoy playing table tennis or billiards. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours in the area.
The rooms are spread over one floor and are decorated in a rustic and comfortable way. An air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV invites you to sit on the sofa; during autumn evenings perhaps accompanied by a warm fire in the wood-burning cooker. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds as well as a bathroom with bathtub, two fans, two electric radiators, a cot and a highchair complete the equipment of this finca.
Ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet, this house is located in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range. At the same time it is an ideal place for excursions, e.g. to the underground springs of Ses Fonts Ufanes, to the caves of Campanet, to the monastery of Lluc or to the cove of Sa Calobra. In Campanet and Sa Pobla you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and everything else for an independent stay. The next sandy beach is the Bay of Alcúdia, consisting of Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia, which can be reached in approx. 20-30 minutes by car. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
