If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. House Rules: - Occupancy [ 8 ] - Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. - Streaming is available using your own accounts. - Extra blankets, linens, and pillows in closets. - Unauthorized parties and events are NOT allowed without prior written approval. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pet Policy: - Pets are not allowed. Parking Policy: - Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Pool Rules: - Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Please, no glass or food in the spa area. Fire and Safety Precautions: - Smoking is NOT allowed. - Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property’s condition renders it temporarily unrentable. - Fireworks are not allowed. - The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. - There is a firepit on site. We kindly ask guests to bring their supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. - Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask that you refrain from using candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. HVAC Rules: - Please do not set the home’s thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
