INDOORS The main living area of the house includes a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area for six adults. The open floor plan has hardwood flooring, and multiple doors leading to outdoor living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a five-burner cooktop, double oven, small appliances, wine fridges, and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Connected to the kitchen is the TV room, where you can find large, comfortable sofas to relax on, a gas fireplace, and a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights. There’s also a small office desk located off the living room and a full-size washer and dryer in the property. SLEEPING QUARTERS The Primary Suite—The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, a 65" Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide views of the blue skies and palm trees, opening out to the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool. POOL HEAT Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool. An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant. PET POLICY We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
