Our condo is located on the first floor, which is below the main level. You will take the elevator or stairs to the lower level.
All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. NO PETS ALLOWED!

The condo is located just outside of downtown Gatlinburg so walking to all of the attractions and restaurants is definitely an option for those who want to get a fresh of breath air! The Smoky Mountain National Park is only a 5 minute drive and Pigeon Forge is 10 minutes away full of plenty of things to see and do so that you should never be bored while on vacation.
