Rietheim (730 m above sea level) is a suburb of the well-known town of Villingen-Schwenningen and is located in the middle of the beautiful Black Forest, not far from the famous source of the Danube between Lake Constance and Feldberg.
The apartments are in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows. With space for a maximum of five or four people, the apartments are ideal for families with children. Play and sunbathing lawn with playground, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available.
The region is particularly popular with hikers and cyclists. The area leaves nothing to be desired in terms of sports and leisure activities. Due to the central location you can easily reach several shops and many beautiful destinations: e.g. Europapark Rust, flower island Mainau, Rheinfall Schaffhausen in Switzerland, the Hohenzoller castles...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
