Machico Fachos View is an apartment on the second floor of a residential building, prepared for tourist accommodation, and is ideal for four people.
The accommodation has 96 m² and consists of two bedrooms with single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined into a double bed, private bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen and dining area. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a hillside of Machico valley. There is also a private parking space on the property.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) and television with international channels, amongst other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the centre of Machico city, just 250 m from the sea and 550 m from the sandy beach.
Within a short distance, there are shops, supermarkets, the main bus station and some attractions.
The airport is 4 km away and a few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and forest trails for nature lovers and hikers.
In the vicinity you can enjoy many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, beach, surfing, fishing and other activities.
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to the city centre, bus stops and easy access to the main roads to explore the island.
OBSERVATIONS
Although the location is not very busy, there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.
We ask all guests to keep food well wrapped, so as not to attract insects due to the island’s climate.
Cleaning is carried out before guest arrival and there is weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties are not permitted nor behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours, mainly between 22:00 and 08:00 when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree on the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time slot may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document at the time of arrival and to provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, constraints or special needs before or shortly after booking to verify compliance and have appropriate measures taken.
