This new modern renovated flat of approx. 52 m2 is located on the ground floor and offers space for 4 people. You enter this flat through the spacious hallway. The living room has a cosy seating area with a sofa bed. The modern, open-plan kitchen has a spacious dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. From the living room and the kitchen you can access the balcony. Here you will find a lounge chair and a rocking chair. There is 1 bedroom. It is furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.80 wide and 2.20 long) and has an open wardrobe. There is also a luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The flat has 1 parking space and a storage room where you can store your skis or bicycles in winter. From the central entrance of the apartment complex you can reach the wellness area (only accessible to owners and guests of the apartment complex) with a heated swimming pool (free of charge), a sauna (for a small fee 2€ for 30 minutes), showers and changing rooms.
The extensive ski area of Winterberg is within walking distance of the flat. The flat is also a good starting point for golfing, mountain biking, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing. After an activity or a day in the snow, it is nice to return to this flat.
