This fantastic fully air-conditioned villa is a stroll away from the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre and Ross Street Mall. Downstairs: Open plan living/dining area is ideal to watch a movie and rest up after a day of beach activities. Fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a Nespresso Coffee pod machine. Bedroom 1 with a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 with two Single beds Family bathroom. Full laundry. You’ll find a high chair for your use. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open style loft area with two Single beds and a King bed with a second TV. Outdoors: Enjoy the beautiful weather and the temperate nights outside, with an 8-seater outdoor table and built-in in BBQ in the undercover patio area. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat up to 7m. External bathroom including a shower and toilet, perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability. Enjoy Exmouth’s fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music. A security deposit of $300 is required to be held by the Property Manager prior to Arrival.
