The Neighborhood
This majestic eco project neighborhood is located in a central area. The fantastic location allows residents to enjoy beautiful bike rides towards the Archaeological Site, the hotel zone, the beach, downtown Tulum, and cenotes. The streets are well constructed and very easy to navigate. There is a 24-hour security service that makes this community very safe in all hours of the day and night. The community also hosts several quality restaurants, open-air cafes, bars, a variety of boutique shops, grocery stores and a car rental depot. When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with access to the neighboring beach club where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers and membership discounts on food and drinks. Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us. Please note, reservations at Beach Club are required to confirm availability.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
