Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Hey there! We're so glad that you chose this stunning villa to call home for the next few days and we’re excited to have you stay with us. Kindly go through the below details to ensure that you have a safe and comfortable stay.
- - Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, We kindly request you to use the outdoor areas. A fine of Rs 5,000 will be charged incase of any indoor smoking activities.
- - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Kindly refrain from any loud music or noise especially after 10 PM which could inconvenience the other guests staying at the property.
- - Please don't move any of the furniture, artwork or decor. Our homes are specially designed by its owners and we request you to keep things the way it is.
- - Kindly use the designated areas when you're eating or drinking. Any damage to the furniture, spillage in the pool, etc is applicable to a fine of Rs 10,000.
- - Remember to turn off the lights, fans, and AC when you're not using them. We try our best to be as green friendly and reduce our carbon footprint to help keep Goa beautiful.
- - Our towels are for bathroom use only, please do not use them for any outdoor activities as any damage to the linen will be chargeable.
- - If you notice any damages or malfunctions during your stay, please report them to the property manager at the earliest. Our team will gladly take care of it.
- - Water is precious, so please conserve it. Kindly ensure the taps are closed after use.
- - If you would like to arrange a small gathering or event, prior approval will be required.
- - We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to substance abuse or illegal drugs. Please do ensure no illegal activities are conducted inside the premises of the property.
- - Please don't bring any foul-smelling items, flammable materials, or unauthorized weapons onto the property.
- - Check in starts @ 2PM and Check out is @ 11 AM. Any early check in or late check out is subject to prior approval from the host.
- - Any unaccounted guests are not allowed. Outside visitors require prior approval from the host along with their IDs to ensure the safety protocols are met.
- - Kindly be respectful of the privacy and rights of other residents and neighbors at the property.
