The Cwtch is a beautifully presented luxury boutique style holiday apartment occupying an elevated position in the peaceful village of Penally and boasting spectacular views over the rolling countryside, magnificent Pembrokeshire coast and out towards Caldey Island. The apartment is one of seven properties situated within a 19th century building, and the wonderful character of the building has been encapsulated in it's high quality renovation and thoughtful finish.
As you pull up to the holiday apartment you will be immediately captured by the far reaching and breath taking coastal views. Steps lead down to the lower ground floor apartment which enters into the spacious hallway leading to all rooms. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area boasts a beautifully restored wooden floor with underfloor heating and the flickering log fire in the corner of the room makes for the cosiest coastal retreat at any time of year. The gorgeous feature window seat beautifully frames the wonderful views and creates a quiet space to relax and enjoy a book. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for your perfect Pembrokeshire holiday including retro appliances which add to the beautiful character of the apartment.
Lounge/Dining area: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 4 people plus window seat. Large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. Log burner and underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer. electric hob and oven.
Master Bedroom: Kingsize bed dressed with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview TV. Towels provided. Ample storage.
En-Suite: Double walk in shower, wc and basin. heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with high quality bedding and sheets. Freeview TV. Towels provided. Ample storage.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wc and basin.
Outside there is a shared garden and a private decked area offers seating for up to 4 people and provides the perfect setting to relax and take in the incredible views.
The Cwtch further benefits from free Wifi, electric underfloor heating throughout, parking for one car and DVD Player. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The Cwtch is situated in the quaint and peaceful village of Penally which offers a well-stocked village store, two cosy pubs and two well-renowned restaurants. The Rhosyn restaurant at Penally Abbey is just a two minute stroll from the cottage and is featured in the Michelin Guide.
Just a 10 minute downhill walk away is the Blue Flag award winning South Beach and Tenby town centre is just a 25 minute walk from the cottage. Boat trips around the bay depart daily from Tenby harbour in the summer months and all of Pembrokeshire's best attractions, including Folly Farm, Heatherton and Manor House Wildlife Park are within easy reach.
