Welcome to this upgraded townhome in Highland Greens, featuring three bedrooms, panoramic views, a private hot tub and gas fireplace, and a free shuttle. You’re less than four miles from Downtown/Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola, giving you access to ski terrain. If you’re looking for more than skiing, you can try the Alpine Coaster or the high ropes course. For those who love hiking, there are numerous trails nearby. The Breckenridge Golf Club with 27 holes is just a mile away.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout with high ceilings and ample natural light. The living area and the large deck provide great views of the Ten Mile Range. The open floor plan is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. You can relax on the comfortable couch, watch the flat-screen TV, and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. The couch has a sofa bed that accommodates two guests.
There’s a gas grill available on the deck for al fresco cooking. The private hot tub offers a nice way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a day of exploring.
The spacious kitchen has an eat-in bar with barstools, perfect for a family breakfast before a day on the mountain. We have all the appliances you’d expect at home, including a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, stainless steel sink, a drip coffee maker, teapot, blender, crockpot. We also stock plates and silverware, serving dishes, and glassware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful oak table with seating for eight.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with premium sheets and new duvet. It has a spacious walk-in closet, with hangers, a humidifier, and a box fan. The master bathroom has its own double sink vanity, bathtub, and a tile walk-in shower. This bedrooms has panoramic mountain views!
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with nightstands on either side, a dresser, and a closet.
Bedroom 3: Captain’s Bunk with a twin over a full bed, and a single trundle bed.
The laundry closet has a side-by-side washer and dryer. We stock a few laundry pods for your stay. This home can accommodate as many as ten guests.
You’re within walking distance to the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club and 200+ miles of recreational trails and to the Gold Run Nordic Center. There is a convenient free shuttle as well. Our local staff is available daily if assistance is needed.

You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
