Proximity: The Cimarron Condos offer unbeatable access to both the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Main Street is just a 5-minute walk away, while the Quicksilver Chairlift is only 0.2 miles (5-minute walk) and the Snowflake Chairlift 0.4 miles (9-minute uphill walk). The Breck Connect Gondola is a flat, half-mile walk, free year-round, ADA-accessible, and provides quick access to Peaks 7 & 8. The F Lot, directly across the street, is the closest MyFreeRide Shuttle, with routes and schedules available online.
Kitchen: The kitchen features modern appliances, a 4-person breakfast bar, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for home-style meals. A classic coffee maker, toaster, spice rack, and ample cabinet space make it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners.

Bedding Configuration: 2 BED, 2 BATH -
• Primary Bedroom: King size bed, SmartTV, closet, dresser, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: Full over full bunk bed, SmartTV, and closet. The guest bath is directly across the hall and includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Leather sofa converts to a queen sleeper sofa
Outdoor Living: Step out onto the private deck to enjoy scenic mountain views and fresh alpine air. On-site hot tubs and a heated pool provide additional opportunities for relaxation, while the grill pavilion is perfect for outdoor dining in warmer months. These are subject to HOA schedule, maintenance and seasonal closures, and rules.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
