Welcome to Brilliant Treehouse in the Highlands, a one-of-a-kind log home designed for family and friends. Nestled among pines with stunning views of the surrounding peaks and Breckenridge Golf Course, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers spacious living areas, a TV room, and plenty of space for entertaining. With a large deck, outdoor hot tub, game room, and fully equipped kitchen, this home is ideal for making memories year-round.
Proximity: This home is just 1.2 miles from Breckenridge Golf Course and Clubhouse, which also transforms into Nordic and cross-country ski trails in winter. Downtown Breckenridge is only 3.3 miles away, with the BreckConnect Gondola just 3.5 miles from the home.
Living Room (Main Floor): The main living area on the second floor features vaulted ceilings, a massive sectional sofa, leather chairs, a stone fireplace, and a large smart TV with cable and streaming apps. Large windows and access to the deck provide panoramic views of the 10-Mile Range.
Kitchen (Main Floor): Adjacent to the living room, the chef’s kitchen offers a 6-person breakfast bar, oversized island, gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances needed for culinary creativity, including a crock pot, and blender.

Dining Room: The formal dining area comfortably seats 8 under a striking chandelier with abundant natural light from surrounding windows.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.
• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, full-size closet, and access to a shared full bathroom with singe vanity and walk-in shower.
• Third Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin over full bunk bed, twin trundle, closet, and access to a shared full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Additional Sleeping Area (Top Floor): Queen bed, half closet, dresser, futon, sleeps three, with access to a shared third full bathroom.
Family Room (Bottom Floor): Step left from the entryway foyer into the downstairs living area, featuring plenty of comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV with Roku and Wii for endless entertainment. From this space, access the outdoor patio, which includes a dining table and a relaxing 8-person hot tub, all set amid the surrounding forest and mountain views. This area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying the natural beauty year-round.
Game Room (Top Floor): The third-floor loft features a pro-size shuffleboard table and private balcony overlooking the driveway.
Deck & Patio: The deck offers spacious outdoor seating with grill, and unbeatable views of the 10-Mile Range. The private hot tub is located off the family room on the first floor of the home.
Laundry (Main Floor): The full-size washer and dryer with ample storage space are located off the kitchen.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
