The Ginsburg Retreat is a spacious and luxurious condo located across the street from miles of cross-country ski and hiking trails at The Breckenridge Nordic Center. Perks include a private, furnished patio with gorgeous views, a wood-burning fireplace, a huge master suite, lofted ceilings for ample natural light, and comfortable furnishings. This Peak 8 Village condo sits between the base of the Gondola and Main Street, less than a mile from each, in a lovely wooded neighborhood. Additionally, there is a free shuttle stop a block away for even easier access to the slopes.
Proximity: This unit is located at the Peak 8 Village Condos, just 0.6 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort, 0.2 miles from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and exactly 1 mile from the heart of Main Street. The closest MyFreeRide bus stop, the Gold Camp stop on the Gold Express route, is only 0.1 miles uphill.
Living Room/Balcony: Our cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and is furnished with a large couch, chair, ottomans, and flat screen TV. From here, step out to the private furnished balcony to enjoy great views of the Peak 8 Village, along with seating and gas grill.
Kitchen: Gather around the grand island – with seating for up to 8! Kitchen it outfitted with all the comforts you might expect at home; refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
Laundry: We have a private washer and dryer in the condo, and we stock a few pods of detergent for our guests.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
Primary Bedroom / Bathroom: The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is also personal closet, dresser, and nightstands on each side. Next to the bedroom is the first bathroom. This bathroom has shower/tub combo and beautiful vanity. Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and towels.
Second Bedroom / Bathroom: The second bedroom comes furnished with full-sized bunk beds on rustic looking log frame, as well as a personal closet and dresser. Alongside this bedroom has a separate bathroom, featuring an elegant walk-in glass shower and vanity.
This condo welcomes reservations in the next 12 months. It was carefully decorated and has been meticulously cared for, to provide a welcome environment to visitors of Breckenridge. Please call or email us with any questions about availability.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This property is not pet friendly.
