Proximity: This unit is situated in the Ten Mile Suites building, just 0.3 miles (approximately a 7-minute walk) from downtown Breckenridge. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, Atrium, is only 500 feet from the condo, providing quick access to Peaks 7 and 8, ski lifts, and other local attractions.
Living Room: The sun-filled living area features west facing windows with cellular shades for privacy. Relax on the plush pull-out sofa or cozy armchairs while enjoying the flat screen TV or electric fireplace. Natural light and mountain accents create a bright, inviting atmosphere.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
