Please note that this home is a duplex and shares a wall with an attached unit. Downtown Breckenridge is just 0.9 miles away for those who prefer to walk into town. Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked and features an oversize island with a 4-person breakfast bar. Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub. This home is not pet-friendly. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. Please be aware there are security cameras in the access and parking areas.
