Elegant dining area by the window, chilled seating area, private wooden terrace facing south. Best equipment. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to dream. When the window is open, you can hear the waves crashing. If you like, you can darken the rooms with motorized shutters. We also pay attention to the best quality of the "sleeping ingredients", such as high-quality mattresses and the finest cotton for the bed linen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and window. On the 2nd floor, in the attic with lots of glass, there is space to relax. Enjoy cozy hours in YOUR HOLIDAY HOME in the cold season.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
