The garden pool will begin renovations on Monday, February 3, 2025, with an expected closure of up to 6 weeks, barring any delays. Updates on the reopening will be provided. To reduce sand entering the ocean pool during high surf, temporary measures have been put in place, including sandbag barriers and rubber mats. These measures aim to minimize pool closures while the garden pool is being renovated. A permanent solution will be addressed after the garden pool reopens. We appreciate your patience with the temporary setup. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
