The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a large island, making cooking for a crew no problem. Between the barstool seats in the kitchen and the dining table that seats 12, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Grand Timber boasts two game rooms that redefine indoor entertainment. In the first game room, try your hand at pool, shuffleboard, arcade hockey, or poker, or challenge yourself on the rock-climbing wall. With a large TV for background entertainment, it’s the perfect spot for friendly competition. The second game room takes fun to another level, featuring a golf driving range, basketball shootout, and arcade games, plus plenty of seating to kick back and enjoy the action. An absolute highlight is the indoor pool room. Kids can dive into the indoor pool, gated for safety, while the adults can relax in the adjacent seating area or sip a drink at the large wet bar. The expansive yard includes a sports court, playground, putting green, horseshoe game, and cornhole. A fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and bench swings makes for the ideal evening gathering spot, where you can roast marshmallows, stargaze, and enjoy quality time with loved ones. When it’s time to unwind, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Five comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful retreat for everyone. The primary bedroom is a private oasis with a king bed, TV, and a two-way fireplace connecting to the ensuite bathroom which boasts a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature two full beds, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are bunk rooms, each complete with two twin-over-full bunk beds. With ample space and so much to do, Grand Timber is more than a home—it’s a destination that promises an unforgettable Poconos experience for your friends and family. Home Truths: - The sauna is currently unavailable until further notice. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that pool heating is currently unavailable for guest use. - Please note, the maximum available temperature to request is up to 85 degrees. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: - 6 parking spaces available in the driveway. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
