Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No parties or events.
- No drugs or illicit behavior.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the home, on/near balconies or within 25 feet of the building.
- No excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm.
- No guests or overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
- No shoes in the home.
- Only flush toilet paper
- Keep the home clean and tidy, and report any damages or missing items to your host.
- Comply with all city and building bylaws.
- Keep the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, this is strictly enforced.
- Age requirement: 25 years and older.
- We are not renting to local residents of the Philadelphia and surrounding area at this time.
- $500 fee for removing any or all guests/occupants.
- $500 fee for excessive noise.
- $500 fee for smoking.
- $500 fee for violation of the house rules.
- $65/hr fee for unauthorized late check-out every hour past your check-out time.
- $50/person fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation, and for each person in the unit past the number of guests booked.
