This beautiful holiday apartment is located in a well-kept house in the idyllic Kirnitzschtal near Lichtenhain, in the middle of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland. For small purchases, you can go to the village shop, which is about 600 meters away. The town has a restaurant at the entrance to the town coming from Bad Schandau - "Panoramagaststätte mit Bowlingbahn" and a cafe "Zum Lindenbaum". The comfortably furnished holiday apartment creates ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. While you enjoy the peace and the wonderful view, children can let off steam on the play area with slide, swing, trampoline and outdoor table tennis table. There are 5 loungers by the pond for relaxing and soaking up the sun when the weather is nice. The pond is also suitable for bathing/swimming. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
