Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated in the desirable suburb of Turner within the Art Series development. The East facing 2nd floor apartment has open plan living, dining and kitchen space full of natural light all year round.
You can access all the property’s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:

- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- x1 Nespresso Machine
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 40" TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available in the European-style laundry, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The secure residential garage has 1 allocated car space for the apartment. Visitor car spaces are also located within the residential garage but are subject to availability. Alternatively, there is free 2HR parking on Forbes Street behind the On Forbes complex.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the complex’s state-of-the-art gym located in the central courtyard. Or head up to the 9th floor for the 1,500m2 rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the Inner North as well as BBQ and sitting areas.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Please Note:
Storing bikes under the stairs in the ground floor foyers is not allowed.
Bikes should be kept in the designated bike storage area in B1 or securely inside the apartment.
