It is only 2 km to the sandy beach and shallow bathing area at the Wismars-Seebad Wendorf pier. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 3 people. The premises include a living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower/toilet. You can spend pleasant hours outdoors on the communal terrace in the courtyard. A stroll through the Hanseatic city of Wismar with its lovingly reconstructed town houses, its old town, the market square with the water feature and the churches of St. Nicholas, St. Mary and St. George as well as Wismar’s oldest town house, the "Old Sweden", is a special experience . Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
