Professionally managed by Canstay. Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in Kingston! You can access all the property’s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - 1 french press We stock a simple food selection for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. A lot of free 1 or 2-H street parking around the complex. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have the access to the lake throughout your stay. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Located in the Pier development on Kingston Island, this is a superb mixed-use building on the waterfront and has become one of Canberra’s most coveted locations. The Kingston Foreshore features waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a mix of art and cultural activities. You can catch the bus (from Wentworth Ave) in the Kingston area. It will take approx 22 mins to reach the city by bus, 10 minutes by car/taxi/uber or around 1hr and 3 minutes walking. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
