This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the building, with lift access. BEDROOMS: The main bedroom has a king-sized bed while the second room has a queen bed. All beds are topped with fresh linen that is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedrooms also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: There are 2 bathrooms on this property. Both have a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper, and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - microwave - dishwasher - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55’’ TV which you can use to access online streaming platforms, it also has access to all local channels. Note that we provide Netflix and Stan upon request. We do not provide YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. We also have a stereo with CD, digital radio, and Bluetooth connectivity for streaming music from phones or laptops. LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: There is a stand-up desk, 32” computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse that you can use throughout your stay. PARKING: The property has 2 car spaces - the other parking is on the level below and is marked also "22". It may be on the left wall not the right-hand side like the original car space. If requiring additional parking there is paid street parking and 2 x paid parking garages in Burbury Close. There is limited free street parking. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! The apartment is nearby some of the great landmarks and attractions in Canberra. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. We don’t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
