Enjoy Hill Country sunsets while relaxing on the Guadalupe River at Pecan Shores Retreat! This beautiful 2,800 square foot home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Inside you’ll find an open kitchen/dining/living room. The living area features ample seating, stunning views, an HDTV, and patio access. The kitchen and dining area are ideal for gathering. The kitchen includes modern appliances, all of the cooking and dining essentials, and plenty of cooking space. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island.
Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom complete with a king-size bed and an HDTV. The first full bathroom includes plenty of counter space and a walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom features a full-size bed and beautiful views. Upstairs is where you’ll find the third bedroom which includes a queen-size bed. The second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom offers a full-size bed and two twin beds. There is also a laundry room available for guest use.
For both adults and children, outside of the home offers something for everyone! Outside, you’ll find a grill, comfortable seating, and plenty of space for the kids to run and play. You’ll also have deck access as well as direct access to the Guadalupe River. There’s also a covered porch with a gas grill.
Pecan Shores Retreat is an ideal destination for those who want to wade, kayak, fish, or just relax by the water’s edge in comfort and style, just six miles from downtown New Braunfels.
Need a break from fishing, swimming, kayaking, and generally being a river bum? At Pecan Shores you’ll completely forget that you’re only minutes from the luxuries of New Braunfels which is known for its many charms such as sampling the treats at an authentic German bakery, shopping the charming antique shops and boutiques, sipping wine at a local winery, or spending a day at Schlitterbahn!
Want to spend a night on the town? Head into New Braunfels to experience Hill Country-inspired cuisine, boot scoot over to Gruene Hall for a good time, spend a night under the stars at a local outdoor concert venue, or take in a movie or play at a local theatre. Finding something to do in town won’t be any problem at all, choosing will be the hard part!

Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
