For a lakefront escape book your stay at Casa del Lago! This 1,100 square foot home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Step inside where you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. Just behind the living area, you’ll find the kitchen that includes modern amenities, cooking and dining essentials, and plenty of space to whip up a great meal. Just off the kitchen is the dining table that includes a table for 4 and overlooks Canyon Lake. The bedrooms are set up for comfort. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed with attached half bath. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and 2 twin beds. The full bathroom includes a vanity and shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer can be found in the basement area and is available for guest use. Outside, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a beverage on the breezy porch, play ping pong, grill with a view, rest under the shady oaks, fish from the shore, or swim in the refreshing lake waters. Casa del Lago is a perfect place for letting the kids play outside and taking in the Great Outdoors! Then, there’s the location Casa del Lago is located right around the corner from the nearest boat ramp, Canyon Lake Golf Club, and Comal Park. Plus, you’re only minutes away from the nearest town and Guadalupe River tubing access. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 6 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have cleaning staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. *No smoking or pets are allowed on this property. *There is a limit of 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
