The apartment consists of a hall, living room with open modern equipped kitchen, wood stove not accessible to tenants, large corner balcony, bathroom with shower and sink between 2 bedrooms, cloakroom closet, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. The en-suite bathroom consists of a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The 2 rear bedrooms also have a nice balcony. You can park your car in a garage on the underground floor.
The kitchen has a built-in coffee maker that works with coffee beans.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
