This newly remodeled two-story one-bedroom/one-bath condo located in the Villagers in Sun Valley Village is 545 square feet and will sleep up to 2 people. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for four. There is also a small deck as you enter the condo for relaxing. Up a couple of stairs is the full-size bath with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. There is a spacious closet for storage and hangers for your clothes. Also in this closet is a combination washer/dryer all-in-one unit.
Upstairs is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming, two couches, and a Queen bed. This condo is perfect for a couple.
Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, the hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.
Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Property Manager properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
