---AROUND TOWN--- You are in a great location, being right between both Highway 98 & Old Scenic 98 with easy access to all things both Miramar Beach & Destin have to offer. Shopping is a-plenty with the Destin Commons, with many options of shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes drive East - with more shopping, restaurants and a play area for kids. You'll be in closest proximity to the gated beach access our community offers, less than 1/2 mile from front door to toes in the sand! There are plenty of public beach accesses close by as well within easy golf cart distance! We do supply beach towels for guest use during your stay. Any other beach items (chairs, toys, coolers etc.) are not provided or guaranteed, but are occasionally left by guests that have traveled before you. Note: During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,We are located in Central Standard Time. Please plan your trip accordingly to arrive at 4pm, or anytime following. We are occasionally able to offer early check in/late check out upon request, but this is not guaranteed based on cleaning/maintenance/season.
- -We are pet friendly (up to two pets), but we must know upon inquiry as we do implement a non-negotiable pet fee of $200. We expect that your fur-baby is house trained, up to date on shots/flea prevention, cleaned up after inside & outside, not permitted on furniture/linens, and if left in the home unattended that you do crate your animal as unfamiliar places can cause even the best dog to act unruly. Emotional support animals are not an exception to the pet fee, but we do not charge for any ADA recognized Service Animals. It is 100% necessary to have your pet leashed and cleaned up after at all times outside of the home. We do not allow pets in the pool areas of our community at ANY time. Please note that if you do show up with a pet, we will enforce this fee, regardless if you have chosen to disclose it to us up front.
- -We do not host students/groups under age 25 at any time. If you choose to instant book and are a student group/under age 25 you will not receive access to the home or a refund.
- -We do not permit use of the provided golf cart on premises without rental the waiver sent to a valid email and signed by all drivers. No drivers permitted under age 25 for insurance purposes.
- -House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10pm are not permitted at any time.
- -Checkout time is 9am CST. Any overstay will be charged an additional days stay & cleaning fee.
- -Absolutely no street parking at any time-we have a 3 vehicle MAX in the driveway/garage. Parking is limited, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly. No Campers/Trailer/RV/Boat/Watercraft parking at any time due to HOA restrictions.
- -No smoking at any time permitted on property.
- -We must be notified of ANY issues immediately during your stay and given the opportunity to resolve said issues right away. This is in regard to anything, whether small (ex. a lightbulb out) or major (ex. the hot water not working). We can not remedy a situation for a positive experience and a top notch property if we’re notified after your stay, and have limited time/resources after your checkout before the next guests arrive.
- -We do reserve the right to access the home due to emergency, law enforcement, or urgent maintenance issues or any violation of house rules/parties/events held.
