Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,-Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 9AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
- -There is only parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles (plus a golf cart) and street parking/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
- -We do NOT include pool/spa heating in your stay and the pool heater must not be tampered with at any time. The spa is NOT a hot tub so it will not be warm unless you have paid for & allowed the pool company to turn on this amenity. If you desire this amenity, please inquire for pricing. Extreme damage can be caused by improper use of the heater, as it must be turned on only by our professional pool company. Any tampering by a guest to the pool heater/temperature of the pool will result in a full charge of your entire security deposit. No exceptions.
- -Please inquire for rates for the golf cart for any length of stay, unless advertised or discussed as part of your total price.
- -All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (9am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply.
- -We do NOT host groups under 25 years of age, unless prior approval is obtained. We have strict policies in place for student groups, please inquire if you have questions related to this rule.
- -We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $200 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
- -Private pool is used by registered guests only at your own risk. No pets permitted in the pool.
- -Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Cans can not be left streetside on non-pickup days, and fines may occur for guest in violation from City Of Destin.
- -We do not offer any type of refund for any reason at all, and by agreeing to these rules you acknowledge this. We strongly recommend purchasing additional rental/travel insurance for your peace of mind if something were to alter your trip. Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit.
